Le scuole universitarie e di specializzazione dell'università includono la Columbian College of Arts and Sciences, Elliott School of International Affairs, GWU School of Business, School of Media and Public Affairs, Trachtenberg School of Public Policy and Public Administration, GWU Law School e Corcoran School of the Arts and Design .
